Why join this book club?
This book club is for health-minded people who want to know more about the intricate connection between stress and their health, who are currently experiencing health challenges, or recovering from a major illness.
Reading with a group and having a discussion about what you read is very different from reading on your own. Reading with like-minded people allows you to have a sense of community and to feel supported. It also gives you an opportunity to hear your thoughts out loud and be validated by others. You will learn so much about your health and be empowered to take back your control.

Why do I want to do this book club?
My first motivation of doing this book club is so I will review and finish reading the selected books which I have enjoyed reading. My second motivation is to meet like-minded people and to share inspiring conversations with them.
With decades of experience working with people facing mental health, physical health and life crisis, I have intuitively shared similar ideas and philosophy these authors backed up with neuroscience and scientific researches. I was ecstatic when I found them and I see them as resources that I would like to share with many others. Please email me email@example.com or call me 778-883-2238 to register, or if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you at the club!
